Authenticated users can open support conversations from the Support area of the dashboard. Include failing deployment IDs, timestamps, and minimal reproduction steps so engineers can trace logs quickly.

Check Platform statusfor incidents, scheduled maintenance, and historical uptime before assuming a bug is local to your project.
When filing bugs, attach build log excerpts (not secrets) and note whether the regression affects preview, production, or both environments.
